• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the tour departure date
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment methods

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the timing of cancellation:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Force majeure events: Refunds subject to supplier terms and conditions

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel documentation:

• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
• Appropriate visas for Pakistan and/or India as required
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Punjab Explorations acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party providers
• Maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the booked tour
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Political situations, natural disasters, and force majeure events are beyond our control
• Travelers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance

All travelers are expected to:
